(Whistleblower Statute). Elkind and DiMento, P.A. is experienced in handling claims of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower actions, and employment discrimination. Elkind and DiMento, P.A. also reviews and prepares employment contracts, independent contractor agreements and severance agreements.
