The Worker's Compensation Act provides
a range of benefits for employees injured while
in the course of employment. Upon proper notice
to an employer, an employee is entitled to medical
benefits, temporary disability benefits and an
award based upon permanent injury.

All matters are handled on a contingency fee basis,
which will be awarded by the Court. Unless the
settlement directs otherwise, the majority of attorney
fees will be paid by the Workers Compensation carrier.
