Elkind and DiMento, P.A., provides services for
Buyers and Sellers of real estate, including residential,
commercial and investment properties.
Our services include:
Residential Homes: Purchases, Sales and Leases
of single and multi-family housing and condominiums,
construction of new homes and remodeling or construction
projects within existing homes and condominiums.
Commercial: Purchases, Sales and Leases of professional
offices and office buildings, construction of new
offices and office buildings and remodeling or
construction projects within existing offices and
office buildings.
Investment Properties: Vacation and second homes
as well as vacant land.
Our services on behalf of our clients include
but are not limited to the following:
Negotiation of terms of transaction, preparation
of Contract, review of Contract and request for
modifications if the contract is prepared by another
party, review of mortgage documents, review of
pertinent inspection reports such as termite inspections,
home inspections or engineering inspections as
well as review of closing documents and appearance
at Closing. The members of Elkind and DiMento,
P.A., are also available to meet or speak with
our clients concerning all issues that come up
during the course of a transaction. We also carefully
monitor the strict time limits within Contracts
for their performance such as the obtainment of
mortgages and inspections and make certain that
appropriate payoffs are obtained and that necessary
certificates are obtained from local townships.
The individual members of Elkind and DiMento,
P.A., have 25 or more years experience in handling
all of the various aspects of real
estate law, from simple transactions to complex
transactions. In the event of a dispute, we also
have substantial experience in real estate litigation
and construction litigation and are able to tackle
on behalf of our clients all issues that arise
during the course of a dispute.
