We are able to draft or review leases for commercial spaces, including restaurants and office buildings, for both the lessor and the lessee. The literal language within a lease is critical and our role is to ensure that a lease properly documents all of the essential terms important to our clients.
This process may include negotiation of terms of the lease, preparation or review of a lease, request for modifications if the lease is prepared by another party, and preparation or review of exhibits to a lease. We actively represent our client from the initial stages of a lease through post closing.
